78665c5fec fix(sidebar): Handle edge cases for sidebar shortcuts 
Summary:
- Update menus and shortcuts correclt when accounts change or focused
  accounts change
- Move menu logic into SidebarCommands to remove duplicated logic
- Make `Window` menu also contain checkboxes
