Halla Moore 873c4be2da Switch spellcheck libaries 
Summary:
Switch to electron-spellchecker, which will allow N1 to
spellcheck more intelligently across languages. It auto-
detects languages and downloads dictionaries on the fly.

Test Plan: Specs, manual testing
