remove(popover): Remove Popover in favor of FixedPopover
...
Summary:
- FixedPopover now correctly adjusts itself when overflowing outside
window, in all directions
- Updates styles
- Adds specs
- Remove Popover and popover.less, and refactor all code that used it in
favor of the new FixedPopover
