Normalize styling
Refactor dead pid/rogue process cleanup
Remove PID properly during stop
Better error handling of all possible return values
Remove spinner upon completion
Move logger entries closer to echos where possible for consistency
Refactor spinner code
Increase spinner duration to 60 seconds from 40 seconds
Update modfication date
Fixes #71
