Cleanup armsrc/string.c and string.h (#964)
- remove unnecessary memxor(), strreverse(), and itoa() functions
- Use correct types in function declarations and definitions
- add memmove() function. Gcc may generate calls to memcmp(), memcpy(), memset() and memmove()
