FIX: minor code clean up for ultralight & desfire commands in armsrc/mifarecmd.c, armsrc/mifaredesfire.c, armsrc/mifareutil.c CHG: Lowered the default MF_DBGLEVEL, it set to MF_DBG_ERROR.
