DNSimple does not support spaces in the records at this time. I have opened an internal ticket on the issue.

Canonicalize javascript to js.
Correct highlighting languages.
Add highlighting to code blocks.

- Fixed indentation
- Use same naming scheme for all examples
(i.e. all caps for provider, REG prefix for registrar)
- Use REG_NONE as registrar when provider does not provide it
