NEW FEATURE: Moving provider TYPE from dnsconfig.js to creds.json (#1500)
Fixes https://github.com/StackExchange/dnscontrol/issues/1457

* New-style creds.json implememented backwards compatible

* Update tests

* Update docs

* Assume new-style TYPE
