概述
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. 本协议是对 REBUILD 的商业许可的说明。
|
|||
|
|
2. REBUILD 使用开源（GPL-3.0）和商用双重许可授权。适用何种授权取决于您使用 REBUILD 的目的。
|
|||
|
|
3. 在您使用 REBUILD 前应当认真阅读并同意本协议之内容/条款。
|
|||
|
|
4. 如您不同意本协议之内容/条款，应该立即停止使用。继续使用 REBUILD 则视为同意本协议之全部内容/条款。
|
|||
|
|
5. REBUILD 已申请软件著作权，任何不遵守本协议的使用都是侵占知识产权行为，需要承担相应的法律后果。
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
符合以下情况可以免费使用
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. 仍旧作为开源项目（需采用 GPL-3.0 开源协议）。
|
|||
|
|
2. 出于非商业/非盈利目的的使用。
|
|||
|
|
3. 个人/企业/组织内部使用，不限制是否出于商业目的，但不能对 REBUILD 进行任何形式的销售/赠与/分发。
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
有偿使用
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. 如果您希望对 REBUILD 进行 OEM 或任何形式的销售/赠与/分发。
|
|||
|
|
2. 如果您希望获得 REBUILD 的官方售后服务和技术支持。
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|

Overview
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. This Agreement is a description of the commercial license for REBUILD.
|
|||
|
|
2. REBUILD uses open source (GPL-3.0) and commercial dual licenses. Which authorization is available depends on the purpose for which you use REBUILD.
|
|||
|
|
3. You should carefully read and agree to the contents/terms of this Agreement before you use REBUILD.
|
|||
|
|
4. If you do not agree to the content/terms of this Agreement, you should stop using it immediately. Continued use of REBUILD is deemed to be in agreement with the entire content/terms of this Agreement.
|
|||
|
|
5. REBUILD has applied for the right to file software. Any non-compliance with the use of this agreement is an act of encroachment on intellectual property rights and requires corresponding legal consequences.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
Free for use if the following conditions are met
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. Still as an open source project (requires GPL-3.0 open source agreement).
|
|||
|
|
2. Use for non-commercial/non-profit purposes.
|
|||
|
|
3. Individual/enterprise/organization internal use, not limited to commercial purposes, but cannot be used for any form of sales/gift/distribution of REBUILD.

1. If you wish to OEM or any form of sales/gift/distribution of REBUILD.
|
|||
|
|
2. If you want to get the official after-sales service and technical support of REBUILD.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
