Notebook status indicators (#127) 
* Add notebook indicators

* Make evaluation status button point to the corresponding cell

* Rename introductory notebook

* Update path highlight when chosen for saving

* Allow specifying nonexistent directories when saving and create those

Livebook

To start your Phoenix server:

  • Install dependencies with mix deps.get
  • Install Node.js dependencies with npm install inside the assets directory
  • Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
