Return `ValidationResult` instead of just a boolean
Update usage to the new format
Move config specific `resetIfEmpty` to the `ConfigInputOptions` type

Just added a few English quotes from some of my favorite movies. It
wasn't much, but I would love to see these quotes in Monkeytype.
