feat(language): add viossa (@nginearing) (#6571) 
### Description

This adds Viosssa as a language to Monkeytype. 
Viossa is a constructed language and has even been added to Minecraft
Java Edition, and has also been assigned an ISO-639-3 Code by the
ConLang Code Registry (https://www.kreativekorp.com/clcr/)
