Steven 243ecf14b0 refactor(api): remove DeleteMemoTag and RenameMemoTag endpoints ... BREAKING CHANGE: Removed DeleteMemoTag and RenameMemoTag API endpoints for better API consistency. Tags should now be managed by updating memo content directly via UpdateMemo endpoint.
