REBUILD 商业许可协议

概述

1. 本协议是对 REBUILD 商业许可的说明。
2. REBUILD 使用开源 GPL-3.0 和商用双重许可授权。
3. 在您使用 REBUILD 前应当认真阅读并同意本协议之内容/条款。如您不同意本协议之内容/条款，应该立即停止使用。继续使用 REBUILD 则视为同意本协议之全部内容/条款。
4. REBUILD 为上海锐昉科技有限公司旗下产品，已通过中国版权保护中心/中华版权代理中心著作权申请，受《世界版权公约》和《中华人民共和国著作权法》保护。
5. 请特别注意，无论使用何种授权，都不得以任何形式中断/破坏 REBUILD 的授权监测机制。

符合以下条件可免费使用：

1. 仍旧作为开源项目（需采用 GPL-3.0 开源协议）。
2. 出于非商业/非盈利目的的使用（如 NPO 组织）。
3. 个人/企业/组织内部使用，不限制是否出于商业目的，但不能对 REBUILD 进行任何形式的销售/赠与/分发，且不可派生（即基于 REBUILD 开发派生产品使用）。

不符合上述免费使用条件的需要付费使用。

REBUILD Commercial License Agreement (English version)

Overview

1. This agreement describes the commercial license of REBUILD.
2. REBUILD uses the open source GPL-3.0 and commercial dual license authorization.
3. You should carefully read and agree to the content/terms of this agreement before using REBUILD. If you do not agree to the content/terms of this agreement, you should stop using it immediately. Continuing to use REBUILD is deemed to agree to all the content/terms of this agreement.
4. REBUILD is a product of Shanghai Ruifang Technology Co., Ltd. It has passed the copyright application of China Copyright Protection Center/China Copyright Agency Center, and is protected by the "Universal Copyright Convention" and "The Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China".
5. Please pay special attention that no matter what kind of authorization is used, the REBUILD authorization monitoring mechanism cannot be interrupted/undermined in any way.

It can be used for free if the following conditions are met:

1. Still as an open source project (GPL-3.0 open source agreement is required).
2. Use for non-commercial/non-profit purposes (such as NPO organizations).
3. For internal use by individuals/enterprises/organizations, there is no restriction on whether it is for commercial purposes, but REBUILD cannot be sold/gifted/distributed in any form, and it cannot be derived (that is, use of derived products based on REBUILD development).

Those who do not meet the above free use conditions need to pay for use.
