### feat(quotes): Update Tamil & Tanglish Words and Quotes
(@pipinthedev)

### Description  

- Updated `tamil.json` with new Tamil words.  
- Expanded `tanglish.json` with additional words and removed
inappropriate terms.
- Added new Tamil quotes in `tamil.json`.
