Tags

Passman items have a tag system that allows for categorization and filtering your credentials, in a way similar to folders but better. We've been asked to create a folder system, but that would limit you to have the credential in only 1 folder and not in many, categories are almost the same as tags, so you can have 1 item in more than one category/tag.

To tag your Passman items, please, check the edit page for the tags input as shown in the following screenshot:

To add tags simply type on the tag input and if there are some matching tags a selection box showing them will appear with suggestions. At the end you will have something like this.

You can now proceed to save your credential and check the results! On the left side of the Passman app you can now see your tags!

And you can now easily filter your credentials by the tags in the list! Just click them or type on the tag search box!

You can add many tags to the filter to refine your search. To undo the filtering just click the x or press the backspace key on your keyboard while on the tag serach box.
