Luka Murn 6135081a71 Update new repository row code so file columns work again 
Also fix backend code a bit (so update & create of repository rows
are more similar in their behavior), and fix line in JS:
_initSelectPicker() was called a reduntant amount of times when
editing repository row.

Closes SCI-2436.

Luka Murn 5e90ae7383 Remove uneccesary save when setting notification settings on user 
These methods should behave as the rest of setters on
ActiveRecords, ergo setting the model state, but not saving it.

The save is called at the end of the action inside the controller
anyway, so this save is redundant.

Luka Murn c07dc98cc8 Fix Office Online editing of files [SCI-2264] 
Office Online files could not be edited. I believe the reason
was that in Rails 5.1, `render nothing: true` was removed. So
I replaced this in `wopi_controller` with `render body: nil`.
Hopefully this will do the trick.

Closes SCI-2264.

Adrian Oprea 157969aa5e HACK: Comment out code which returns invalid data 
It seems like the backend is returning a weird response when queried for
addons. Once the backend issue is identified and fixed this should be
uncommented.

The meta-configuration structure imposes we change the way `react-hijack` parses and pulls its data. Because that work is both error-prone and also time-consuming, we chose to implement a function that would "massage" the data so it fits the current way react-hijack expects it.

Adrian Oprea 894e0afd0a feat(componentLoader): Add external component loader module 
For render hijacking to work, imports need to be peformed at core level.
This loader ensures that Webpack is able to resolve the paths to the
external components' code, without the need for extra loaders or custom
built plugins.
